Mama Drama Official Selection Garden State Film Festival

So excited to announce the first film festival acceptance for Mama Drama, a short film I co-wrote and produced with Dina Drew Duva.

On Sunday, March 28, 2021 the comedic short film MAMA DRAMA had its world premiere screening at the Garden State Film Festival.

Mama Drama, an official selection of the GSFF, is the first film created by filmmakers and local moms Dina Drew Duva & Joelene Wolfe. Both Duva (Untitled Michael Che project, Law & Order: SVU, Limitless) and Wolfe (The Same Coin, Shadow of Doubt, Six Degrees of Murder) act, wrote and produced the project. The film was directed by first time director Jennifer Weedon Palazzo, a mom of two and the creator of the award-winning online video platform – MomCaveTV.com.

Mama Drama follows Sam, a suburban mom, who is shunned by her mom crew without so much as a textand goes to great lengths to uncover the truth. Behaving more like a teen than a parent, Sam gets a serving of her own advice – from her 10-year-old daughter.
